QANTAS flight QF144 flies on one engine between Auckland and Sydney

QANTAS Airways flight QF144 from Auckland to Sydney on January 18 flying within the Tasman Sea was compelled to close down one in all its engines. VH-XZB landed safely in Sydney.

QANTAS issued this brief assertion:

“Qantas Flight 144, a 737 flying from Auckland to Sydney, skilled a problem with one in all its engines about an hour from its vacation spot.”
