DOT Approves Delta, United Requests to Delay Relaunch of Havana Flights

The U.S. Division of Transportation mentioned it could enable two airways, particularly Delta Air Strains and United Airways, to briefly delay the restart of flights to and from Havana with a view to tackle logistical points.
